At Fur the Love Bone Broth Co., we believe in transparency and trust. That’s why we’ve created a clear and fair refund and returns policy to support our local customers. Whether you’re ordering our nutrient-rich bone broth or exploring our non-perishable offerings, here’s everything you need to know.
Refund and Returns Policy for Perishable Products (Bone Broth)
Our bone broth is a frozen or refrigerated product made in small batches using clean, local ingredients. Because these products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Refund and Returns Policy for Non-Perishable Products
This applies to items like merchandise, printed goods, and digital downloads.
Merchandise: You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue downloading your product, please contact us and we’ll help you access your file.
Local Delivery Coverage
We currently offer local delivery only to the following Ontario regions:
- Toronto
- York
- Peel
- Halton
- Hamilton
- Niagara
We do not offer shipping outside these areas at this time.
Refunds will be issued in CAD to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial provider.
